Francis Mote - Humanistic Counsellor

My name is Francis Mote and I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor at New Road Psychotherapy.

As a Humanistic Counsellor, my aim is to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship in a non-judgemental and supportive space, focusing on your thoughts, feelings and experiences in the here-and-now.

I intend to meet you with compassion as we work towards making the changes you may want to make, facing the challenges you may face.

At times, I may make observations and invite gentle challenges to heighten awareness and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

I hold a postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Brighton and am currently working towards MSc in Psychotherapy. I practice within the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
