About Me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist (MSc), Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (PGDip) and Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA(P)). I trained at the Metanoia Institute in London, and have worked at New Road Psychotherapy Centre since 2016.

Approach & Specialisms

I work predominantly using Relational Transactional Analysis, though my approach is integrative and pluralistic. This means I am also informed by other methods and theories, to best suit the needs of the individual. These include Humanistic, Psychoanalytic and Attachment-based approaches.

In my work I provide a safe, containing, confidential and empathic space, in which we can explore whatever it is that has brought you into therapy. I specialise in working with relational and relationship difficulties, attachment, trauma and loss. 

My practice is non-discriminatory and LGBT+ affirmative, with respect for the individuality, experience and value of each client. 

As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, I also support counsellors and psychotherapists in their own practices.
