Juliana Generali - Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor
My Approach
Making the decision to consider therapy can be daunting or it can be exciting, whatever feelings or purpose you have for seeking therapy, they are valid.
Life takes us on many paths and it’s okay to feel you need support at times. Therapy usually allows us to gain a better understanding of ourselves creating a path towards change.
People come to the therapy for all sorts of reasons. There is no right or wrong in what we bring to our sessions; if it matters to you, it matters to the process.
My practice is client lead; I offer a warm non-judgemental safe space, seeking to work at a pace that suits you.
I aim to build a relationship based on respect, and trust. I have chosen a humanistic approach to therapy, which honours the uniqueness of all people.
