Sophie Farrell - Trainee Counselling Psychologist & Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Sophie, and I am a trainee counselling psychologist and trainee integrative therapist at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing.

I aim to provide a safe, affirming and warm environment for you to bring anything you need into the space we will share. I work integratively, meaning I will bring ideas from a variety of approaches depending on what you need or feel drawn to. Overall, I believe that the central component of therapy is the relationship built between therapist and client, and so my priority in our time together is to get to know you and the topics you want to bring in.
