Peer group for new-ish person-centred practitioners to explore all things person-centred and gain support post-qualification.
Have you recently completed your person-centred training? Perhaps you are in the midst of setting up private practice, working out what it means to be yourself after completing the training, or what it is to be a person-centred practitioner. Then this might be for you!
Having qualified a year ago from Metanoia I have missed the support of others and the explorative space offered through the training. I hope that this group could provide some of that by offering an open, supportive, non-judgemental space for discussions with peers in a similar position. The agenda will be flexible to meet the needs of those attending. It could be what it means to be person-centred finding our unique way with that, or perhaps practical input re setting up in private practice, or us sharing our own experiences to listen and learn together. Let’s see what comes when we meet.
The plan is to meet monthly on the first Saturday of every month. The first meeting will be on Saturday October 7th at New Road Psychotherapy Centre, Hove, from 10am till 12pm. There’s charge of £7 to cover the room cost only. For any questions on the group feel free to email me on jennpaynegregory@gmail.com.
