I have been a psychotherapist and teacher/trainer for over 30 years.
My passion is the integration of Buddhist and Psychotherapy theory.
I completed the Yoga Nidra teacher training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli through Yoga Campus.
Lilly Bruckshaw
I have practiced yoga intermittently in my life since childhood. In my late 20’s I started practicing more regularly and attended some classes which ignited a renewed passion for the wonderful practice of yoga. This eventually led me to the Vajrasati teacher training and now the transformative and illuminating path of yoga is my guide and refuge as I navigate the changing currents of life.
Now that I am a yoga teacher I hope to guide others who are on their own path of yoga, I hope to inspire students to move and integrate mind, body and breath, in a way that best serves the student and encourages release, relaxation and clarity.
I have a particular interest in restorative practices and I teach classes that are adaptive and inclusive of everyone
